Circuit Description

In sensor check mode, a malfunction of speed sensor that cannot be detected when vehicle is stopped, is detected while driving.

Transition to sensor check mode can be performed by jumpering between terminals Ts and CG of (DLC3) and turning ignition switch from off to on. See Figure.
