Power Mirror Motor

  1. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal No. 5 and the negative (-) lead to terminal No. 4, check that the mirror turns to the left side. See CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION . Reverse polarity and check that the mirror turns to the right side.
  2. Connect the positive (+) lead from the batter to terminal No. 5 and the negative (-) lead to terminal No. 6, check that the mirror turns upward. Reverse the polarity and check that the mirror turns downward.
  3. If operation is not as specified, replace the mirror assembly. See OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
