Body Control Module: Testing and Inspection

1. INSPECT MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU NO.1

a. INSPECT ECU OPERATION




1. Disconnect the connector from the multiplex network body ECU No.1 and inspect the connector on the wire harness side.
If the circuit is not as specified, inspect the circuits connected to other parts.




b. CONNECT WIRE HARNESS SIDE CONNECTOR TO MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU NO.1 AND INSPECT CONNECTOR FROM THE BACK SIDE
If the circuit is not as specified, inspect the circuits connected to other parts.




2. INSPECT MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU NO.2

a. INSPECT ECU OPERATION




1. Disconnect the connector from the multiplex network body ECU No.2 and inspect the connector on the wire harness side.
If the circuit is not as specified, inspect the circuits connected to other parts.




b. CONNECT WIRE HARNESS SIDE CONNECTOR TO MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU NO.2 AND INSPECT CONNECTOR FROM THE BACK SIDE
If the circuit is not as specified, inspect the circuits connected to other parts.
