Height Control Sensor: Replacement

  1. REMOVE HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSY REAR RH 
    1. Disconnect the connector.
    2. Align matchmark with the one on the height control sensor sub-assy rear RH and bracket.
    3. Remove a nut.

    4. Remove the 2 nuts and height control sensor sub assy rear RH.

  2. INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSY REAR RH 
    1. Install the height control sensor link rear RH with the 2 nuts.

      Torque: 8.0 N.m (81 kgf.cm, 71 in.lbf) 

    2. Align the matchmark with the one on the height control sensor sub assy rear RH and bracket.
    3. Install the height control sensor sub assy rear RH

      Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf) 

    4. Connect the connector.
    5. When the work like the vehicle height may be changed is performed, for example, removal and installation of the height control sensor, or replacement of the suspension, etc., initialize the sensor, then adjust the optical axis.(See LIGHTING SYSTEM - DIAGNOSIS )
