Disconnect solenoid connector. Momentarily supply battery voltage to terminal KLS+ and ground terminal KLS-. See Figure. Ensure an operating sound is heard. If the solenoid does not operate, replace the solenoid. See KEY INTERLOCK SOLENOID  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
