Inspection Procedure
- INSPECT SEAT MEMORY SWITCH
- Disconnect the seat memory switch connector.
- Check the continuity of each terminal, as shown in the illustration and table.
Standard:
TERMINAL NO AND SWITCH POSITION CHARTTerminal No. Switch position Specified condition 1 <==> 2 SET switch ON Continuity 1 <==> 4 Memory switch 1 ON Continuity 1 <==> 3 Memory switch 2 ON Continuity
- NG : REPLACE SEAT MEMORY SWITCH
- OK : Go to next step.
- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (MEMORY SWITCH <==> POSITION CONTROL ECU)
- Disconnect the D18 seat memory switch and M7 seat position control ECU connectors.
- Check the continuity of the wire harness between the seat memory switch and seat position control ECU, as shown in the illustration and table.
