Inspection Procedure

READ VALUE OF HAND-HELD TESTER
1. Connect the hand-held tester to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch ON and push the hand-held tester main switch ON.
3. Select the item "CCS READY" in the DATA LIST and read its value displayed on the hand-held tester.
  OK:
  
  ON "<-->" OFF: Change ON/OFF each time Main SW is pressed on.
1. NG: CHECK AND REPLACE ECM (See ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT INSPECTION PROCEDURE )
2. OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE )
