Section 400 (Inner Rear View Mirror Assembly): Replacement

The installation procedures are the removal procedures in reverse order. However, only installation procedures requiring additional information are included.
EC mirror stands for electrochromic mirror.

w/o EC mirror: REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSY
1. Using a torx socket wrench (T20), remove the screw.
2. Slide the mirror in the direction indicated by the arrow in Fig 1 , and remove the mirror.

w/ EC mirror: REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSY
1. Remove the mirror cover.
2. Disconnect the connector.
3. Using a torx socket wrench (T20), remove the screw.
4. Slide the mirror in the direction indicated by the arrow in Fig 2 , and remove the mirror.

Torque: 1.2 N.m (12.2 kgf.cm, 11 in.lbf)
w/o EC mirror: INSTALL INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSY
Torque: 1.2 N.m (12.2 kgf.cm, 11 in.lbf)
