Inspection Procedure

Check ECU-B2, RADIO No. 2, P FR DOOR and ECU-IG fuse.
CHECK:

Check continuity of ECU-B2, RADIO No. 2, P FR DOOR, and ECU-IG fuse.

OK:

Continuity
1. NG: Replace the failure fuse.
2. OK: Go to Next Step.
Check voltage between terminals BECU, BSUB, IG, and ACC and GND of Body ECU No. 1 connector.
PREPARATION:
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect the Body ECU No. 1 connector.
CHECK:

Measure voltage between terminals IG, ACC, and GND.

OK:

Voltage: 10 - 14V
1. OK: Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on matrix chart. (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE )
2. NG: Go to Next Step.
Check wire harness and connector between Body ECU No. 1 and body ground.
1. NG: Repair or replace wire harness or connector.
2. OK: Go to next step.
Check and repair wire harness and connector between Body ECU No. 1 and battery.
