Section 445 (Hood Support Assembly): Replacement

  1. REMOVE HOOD SUPPORT ASSY 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and the hood support from the hood panel.
      NOTE:

      While supporting the hood by hand, remove the hood support.

    2. Remove the bolt and hood support from the vehicle body.

  2. INSTALL HOOD SUPPORT ASSY 
    1. Install the hood support with the 2 bolts.

      Torque: 17.5 N.m (180 kgf.cm, 13 ft.lbf)
