Height Control Reservoir ASSY: Replacement

COMPONENTS: See COMPONENTS
- REMOVE SPARE DISC WHEEL
- DISCONNECT HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE NO.2
- Remove the holder.
- Spread the clip and slowly pull the height control tube No.2 straight out.
- Remove the 2 O-rings.
- DISCONNECT HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE NO.6
- Using SST, disconnect the height control tube No.6.

NOTE: Refer to PRECAUTION of removal and installation of the height control tube (See PRECAUTION ). - Remove the 2 O-rings, the plate and the plug.
- Using SST, disconnect the height control tube No.6.
- DISCONNECT HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE NO.7
- Using SST, disconnect the height control tube No.7.

NOTE: Refer to PRECAUTION of removal and installation of the height control tube (See PRECAUTION ). - Remove the 2 O-rings, the plate and the plug.
- Using SST, disconnect the height control tube No.7.
- REMOVE HEIGHT CONTROL RESERVOIR ASSY
- Remove the 2 bolts and the height control reservoir assy.
- INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL RESERVOIR ASSY
- Install the height control reservoir assy with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 29 N.m (300 kgf.cm, 21 ft.lbf)
- Install the height control reservoir assy with the 2 bolts.
- CONNECT HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE NO.7
- Install 2 new O-rings, a new plate, a new plug and connect the height control tube No.7.NOTE: Refer to PRECAUTION of removal and installation of the height control tube (See PRECAUTION ).
- Install 2 new O-rings, a new plate, a new plug and connect the height control tube No.7.
- CONNECT HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE NO.6
- Install 2 new O-rings, a new plate, a new plug, and connect the height control tube No.6.NOTE: Refer to PRECAUTION of removal and installation of the height control tube (See PRECAUTION ).
- Install 2 new O-rings, a new plate, a new plug, and connect the height control tube No.6.
- CONNECT HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE NO.2
- Coat 2 new O-rings with MP grease.
- Push the height control tube No.2 in straight to connect it until the clip makes "click" sound.
- Install the holder.
- INSPECT AIR LEAK (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
- INSTALL SPARE DISC WHEEL
