Front Seat: Reassembly

INSTALL SEAT POSITION SENSOR 

Install the seat position sensor with a new bolt, then connect the connector.

Part No.: 

Bolt: 90119-06871 

Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf.cm, 71 in.lbf) 

Install the 2 bolts and the seat position control relay, then connect the connectors.

Torque: 5.5 N.m (56 kgf.cm, 49 in.lbf)

Install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.

Install the power seat motor assembly with the 4 screws.

Install the lumber support and the spacer with the 2 bolts.

1. Install the seatback cover to the seatback frame.
2. Install new hog rings the clamps, and the 2 bolts.

   Torque: 4.7 N.m (48 kgf.cm, 42 in.lbf) 

3. Install the 2 headrest supports.

1. Place the airbag connector along the inner seat adjuster, and then install the RH reclining adjuster inside shield with the screw so that the connector is placed in between.
   NOTE: When handling the airbag connector, take care not to damage the airbag wire harness.

2. Install the LH reclining adjuster inside shield with the screw.
3. Install the seatback assembly with the 4 bolts.

   Torque: 43 N.m (440 kgf.cm, 32 ft.lbf) 

4. Install new hog rings.

5. Hang the hook.
6. Connect the connectors.

Torque: 37 N.m (380 kgf.cm, 27 ft.lbf) 

1. Install the seat cushion frame with new hog rings to the seat cushion cover with pad.
2. Hang the hook.

1. Install the seat cushion assembly with the 4 bolts to the seat adjuster.

   Torque: 21 N.m (210 kgf.cm, 15 ft.lbf) 

2. Engage the wire harness clamp.

Install the seat cushion shield with the screw.

Install the seat cushion shield with the screw.

Install the seat cushion inner shield with the 3 screws.

1. Engage the clamp, then connect the connector.
2. Install the inner belt with the bolt.

   Torque: 42 N.m (430 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf) 

1. Install the power seat switch with the 3 screws.
2. Install the lumber support switch with the 2 screws.
3. Connect the connectors as shown in the illustration.

4. Install the seat cushion outer shield with the 4 screws.
5. Install the power seat switch knobs.
