Using Scan Tool

  1. Connect LEXUS hand-held tester to the (DLC3). See Figure.
  2. Turn the ignition switch to ON. Read the DTCs by following the prompts on the tester screen. Refer to operator's manual for further details.
  3. If any DTCs are stored in memory, perform appropriate test. See . If no DTCs exist, repair by symptom. See SYMPTOM INDEX  table under SYSTEM TESTS.
