      Standard:

      TURN SIGNAL FLASHER CIRCUIT VOLTAGE

      Tester connection Condition Specified condition
      1 - body ground Turn ignition switch ON 10 to 14 V
      1 - body ground Turn ignition switch OFF No voltage
      4 - body ground Always 10 to 14 V
      7 - body ground Always Continuity
    2. Connect the connector to turn the signal flasher and turn the ignition switch ON, and inspect the wire harness side connector from the back side as shown in the chart.

      Standard:

      CONNECTOR TERMINAL VOLTAGE

      Tester connection Condition Specified condition
      2 - body ground Hazard switch OFF --> ON 0V --> 10 to 14 V (60 to 120 time per minutes)
      2 - body ground Turn signal switch (right turn) OFF --> ON 0V --> 10 to 14 V (60 to 120 time per minutes)
      3 - body ground Hazard switch OFF --> ON 0V --> 10 to 14 V (60 to 120 time per minutes)
      3 - body ground Turn signal switch (left turn) OFF --> ON 0V --> 10 to 14 V (60 to 120 time per minutes)
      5 - body ground Turn signal switch (left turn) OFF --> ON 10 to 14V --> 0V
      6 - body ground Turn signal switch (right turn) OFF --> ON 10 to 14V --> 0V
      8 - body ground Hazard switch OFF --> ON 10 to 14V --> 0V10
  2. INSPECT HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY (HEADLIGHT BEAM LEVEL CONTROL ACTUATOR OPERATION)
    1. Disconnect the connector from the headlamp assy.
    2. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to the terminal 3 of each of the headlight beam level control actuator and negative (-) lead from the battery to the terminal 1 of each of the headlight beam level control actuator.
    3. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to the terminal 1 of the headlamp levering switch and negative (-) lead from the battery to the terminal 2 of the headlamp levering switch.
    4. Connect the terminal 4 of the headlamp leveling switch and the terminal 2 of the headlight beam level control actuator LH, and connect the terminal 5 of the headlamp leveling switch and the terminal 2 of the headlight beam level control actuator RH.
    5. Measure voltage between each of the headlight beam level control actuator and battery negative (-) terminal when headlamp levering switch is operated.

    Standard:
