Speed Sensor: Installation

  1. Coat a NEW "O" ring with ATF and install it on sensor.
    2. NOTE: Ensure replacement sensor is from same manufacturer as sensor that was removed.
  2. Install sensor with bolt. Tighten bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Connect sensor connector.
  3. Install air cleaner hose No. 1. See Fig 1.
  4. Install air cleaner assembly.
  5. Install battery.
