Wireless Door Lock Control Receiver Circuit

  1. For circuit inspection, see WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL RECEIVER CIRCUIT under CIRCUIT TESTS in BODY CONTROL SYSTEM article.
  2. Connector Disconnected -  Disconnect the connector from the receiver and inspect the connector on the wire harness side. See CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  and INSPECTING WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL RECEIVER CIRCUIT (CONNECTOR DISCONNECTED)  . If the circuit is not as specified, inspect the circuit connected to other parts.

    Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
    1 - Ground Constant Continuity
    5 - Ground Constant B+ Voltage
  3. Connector Connected -  Connect the wire harness side connector to the receiver and inspect the wire harness side connector from the back side. See INSPECTING WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL RECEIVER CIRCUIT (CONNECTOR CONNECTED) . If the circuit is as specified, replace the receiver. If the circuit is not as specified, inspect the circuits connected to other parts.

    Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
    3 - Ground Constant B+ Voltage
    2 - Ground All Doors Closed, Transmitter OFF To ON 0-6 Volts To 0 Volt
