Inspection Procedure

  1. CHECK POWER WINDOW LOCK SWITCH 
    1. Turn the window lock switch OFF. Then operate the remote UP/DOWN function of the power window regulator master switch assy, passenger door and rear door windows. Check if function operates normally.

    OK: Remote UP/DOWN function operates normally. 

    NG: Go to step 2

    OK: Go to next step. 

  2. CHECK MANUAL UP/DOWN FUNCTION 
    1. Check that the passenger side power window manual UP/DOWN function operates normally.

    NG: OTHER PROBLEM (See  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  ) 

    OK: Go to next step. 

  3. CHECK WIRE HARNESS 
    1. Disconnect the D25, F17, R13 and R14 ECU connector.
    2. Disconnect the DG and DI J/B connectors.
    3. Disconnect the PE and PI J/B connectors.
    4. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

    Standard:

    Driver side J/B, passenger side J/B

    NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR 

    OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN ON PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE (See  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  )
