Brake Line

NOTE:
Bleed air from the rear brake first. If front brake is bled first, rear brake air cannot be bled.
- Fill reservoir with brake fluid.
- Connect a vinyl tube to the brake caliper and place the other end in a half-full container of brake fluid.
- Depress the brake pedal several times, then loosen the bleeder plug with the pedal held down.
- At the point when fluid starts to run out, tighten the bleeder plug to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Release the brake pedal. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all the air in the fluid has been bled out.
- Repeat procedure to bleed air out of the brake line for each wheel.
- Check the fluid level and add fluid if necessary.
