Remove & Install

  1. Remove transmission revolution sensor (NCO SENSOR). See Fig 1:
    1. Disconnect transmission revolution sensor connector.
    2. Remove the bolt and transmission revolution sensor.
    3. Remove the O-ring from the transmission revolution sensor.
  2. Remove transmission revolution sensor (SP2 SENSOR). See Fig 2:
    1. Disconnect transmission revolution sensor connector.
    2. Remove the bolt and transmission revolution sensor.
    3. Remove the "O" ring from the transmission revolution sensor.
  3. Install transmission revolution sensor (SP2 SENSOR). See Fig 2:
    1. Coat a new "O" ring with ATF and install it to the transmission revolution sensor.
    2. Install the transmission revolution sensor with the bolt. Tighten bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
    3. Connect the transmission revolution sensor connector.
  4. Install transmission revolution sensor (NCO SENSOR). See Fig 1:
    1. Coat a new "O" ring with ATF and install it to the transmission revolution sensor.
    2. Install the transmission revolution sensor with the bolt. Tighten bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
    3. Connect the transmission revolution sensor connector.
