Inner Rear View Mirror: Components: Replacement

HINT:

The installation procedures are the removal procedures in reverse order. However, only installation procedures requiring additional information are included.

1. REMOVE MAP LAMP ASSY (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
2. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR STAY HOLDER COVER 
   1. Using a screwdriver, remove the inner rear view mirror stay holder cover.

      HINT:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

3. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSY 
   1. Disconnect the inner rear view mirror connector.
   2. Remove the mirror assembly by turning the stay part of the mirror counterclockwise.

4. INSTALL INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSY 
   1. Match the claw of the stay part of the mirror with a cut part of the base.
   2. Turn the stay part of the mirror clockwise so that the stay can come to the original position, and then install the mirror assembly.
   3. Connect the inner rear view mirror connector.
