Power Window Control System - Diagnosis: Pre-Check

INSPECT POWER WINDOW OPERATION
HINT:

The initial condition that the customizing function by the hand-held tester is not chosen is shown.

INSPECT POWER WINDOW FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION
1. When an abnormality is detected in the limit switch and pulse sensor for operating the jam protection function (DTC: B1231/31, B1232/32, B1233/33, B1234/34), the following power window operations will be prohibited for fail-safe.

  HINT:
  
  In case of normal limit switch, prohibition (fail-safe function) will be cancelled by fully opening the door glass or fully-closed by manual operation then AUTO operation will be possible.
INSPECT ECU DATA MONITOR WITH HAND-HELD TESTER
1. Check the driver (D) and passenger (P) door ECU condition by the ECU data monitor.

1. Check the driver's and passenger's power window operation by the active test.
