Intake Air Control System: Inspection

INSPECT INTAKE AIR CONTROL VALVE ACTUATOR
1. Inspect the diaphragm.
  1. Check that the lever moves when vacuum of 39.9 kPa (300 mmHg) is applied with the mighty bag on.
  2. Check that there is no change in the needle after the diaphragm has been left for 1 minute in the above state.

INSPECT VACUUM CONTROL VALVE SET
1. Inspect the air-tightness.
  1. Check that there is no change in the needle after the diaphragm has been left for minute in the state with vacuum of 60 kPa (450 mmHg).
  2. Check that there is no ventilation when the B port is blown, and there is ventilation the B port is sucked.
