Inspection Procedure

1. Check that the passenger's outer mirror operates normally.

1. NG: FLOW CHART 3 or 4 (See  BOTH OF DRIVER AND PASSENGER POWER MIRRORS CANNOT BE ADJUSTED MANUALLY (FLOW CHART 3)   or  EITHER OF DRIVER OR PASSENGER POWER MIRROR CANNOT BE ADJUSTED MANUALLY (FLOW CHART 4)  ) 
2. OK: Go to next step. 

1. Check that the shift indicator in the meter operates normally.

1. NG: GO TO COMBINATION METER SYSTEM (See  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING  ) 
2. OK: Go to next step. 

1. Check that the memory of the outer rear view mirror functions normally.

HINT:

• If the driver's side malfunctions, proceed to OK-A.
• If the passenger's side malfunctions, proceed to OK-B.

1. OK-A: CHECK AND REPLACE MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU FRONT LH (See  ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT INSPECTION PROCEDURE  ) 
2. OK-B: CHECK AND REPLACE MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU FRONT RH (See  ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT INSPECTION PROCEDURE  ) 
3. NG: Go to next step.
