Section 452 (Audio & Visual System): Multi-Display: Replacement

HINT:

  1. SHIP MODE SETTING (SEE  RADIO RECEIVER ASSY  ) 
  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL LOWER CENTER (SEE  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  3. REMOVE PANEL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH LOWER (SEE  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  4. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY W/BRACKET (SEE  RADIO RECEIVER ASSY  ) 
  5. SHIP MODE CONFIRMATION (SEE  RADIO RECEIVER ASSY  )

  6. REMOVE TEMPERATURE CONTROL SWITCH ASSY 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws.
    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the temperature control switch assembly.
    3. Perform the same procedure on the other side.
  7. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSY CENTER 
    1. Remove the 4 bolts.
    2. Disengage the 4 clips.
      NOTE: In order to prevent the safety pad from being damaged, do not pry with a screwdriver or similar tool
    3. Disconnect the connector and remove the instrument cluster finish panel sub-assy center.
  8. REMOVE MULTI-DISPLAY 
    1. Remove the 4 screws and multi-display.

      HINT:

      After the replacement, perform the screen noise automatic adjustment when screen noise occurs (SEE POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT (STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSY) ).
