Inspection Procedure

- CHECK GPS MARK
- Check that the GPS mark is displayed
OK: The GPS mark is displayed.
- NG: GO TO GPS MARK IS NOT DISPLAYED IN FLOW CHART (SEE GPS MARK IS NOT DISPLAYED )
- OK: GO TO NEXT STEP
- Check that the GPS mark is displayed
- NAVIGATION CHECK MODE (VEHICLE SENSORS CHECK)
- Enter the "Navigation Check" mode (Vehicle Sensors) (see NAVIGATION CHECK MODE (VEHICLE SENSORS) ).
- While driving, compare the "Speed" indicator to the reading on the speedometer. Check that these readings are almost the same
OK: The readings are almost the same.

- NG: GO TO SPEED SIGNAL CIRCUIT IN FLOW CHART (SEE SPEED SIGNAL CIRCUIT (RADIO AND NAVIGATION ASSY) )
- OK: GO TO NEXT STEP
- NAVIGATION CHECK MODE (VEHICLE SENSORS CHECK)
- Move the shift lever to the R or P position.
Standard:
SHIFT LEVER DISPLAYShift lever Display P OFF R ON HINT:
The display is updated once per second. As a result, it is normal for the display to lag behind the actual change in the switch.

- GO TO REVERSE SIGNAL CIRCUIT IN FLOW CHART (SEE REVERSE SIGNAL CIRCUIT )
- OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
- Move the shift lever to the R or P position.
