Inspection Procedure

  1. INSPECT FUSE (GAUGE2, ECU-B) 
    1. Check the continuity in GAUGE2, ECU-B fuse.
    1. NG: REPLACE FUSE 
    2. OK: GO TO NEXT STEP 
  2. CHECK COMBINATION METER ASSY (POWER SOURCE AND GROUND CIRCUIT) 
    1. Remove the combination meter assy.
    2. Check continuity.
      1. Check continuity between the terminal C10-30 of the combination meter connector and the body ground.

        Standard: Continuity. 

    3. Check the voltage.

      1. Measure the voltage between the terminal C10-12 of the combination meter connector and the body ground.

        Standard voltage: 10 - 14 V 

      2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
      3. Measure the voltage between the terminal C10-32 of the combination meter connector and the body ground.

        Standard voltage: 10 - 14 V 

    1. NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 
    2. OK: CHECK AND REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSY
