Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSY (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU)

    1. Disconnect the 1C, 1J, 1L, 1K, 1P, B6, B7 and B9 J/B connectors.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance between each terminal of the wire harness side connectors and the body ground.

      Standard:

      * w/o Power back door

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the connectors, and check the voltage between each terminal of the connectors and the body ground.

      Standard:

      * w/o Power Back Door

      HINT:

      Use an oscilloscope to check the output voltages of the terminals LSWD, LSWP, LSWL and LSWR.

      If the result is not as specified, the J/B assy (body ECU) may have a malfunction.

  2. w/ Power back door: 

    CHECK POWER BACK DOOR ECU

    1. Disconnect the P13 and P14 ECU connectors, and check the voltage or resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connectors.

      Standard:

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    2. Reconnect the ECU connectors, and check the voltage of each terminal of the connectors.

      Standard:

      If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.
