Inspection Procedure

READ VALUE OF HAND-HELD TESTER

Check the DATA LIST for proper functioning of the seat memory switch.

Select the following items in the DATA LIST and read the switch condition on the hand-held tester.

Standard: Power window regulator master switch assy

POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSY

Item	Measurement Item/Display (Range)	Normal Condition
SEAT SET SW	Seat memory set switch signal/ON or OFF	ON: Seat memory set switch is ON OFF: Seat memory set switch is OFF
SEAT MEM M1	Seat memory switch M1 signal/ON or OFF	ON: Seat memory switch M1 is ON OFF: Seat memory switch M1 is OFF
SEAT MEM M2	Seat memory switch M2 signal/ON or OFF	ON: Seat memory switch M2 is ON OFF: Seat memory switch M2 is OFF

INSPECT SEAT MEMORY SWITCH (See INSPECTION )
1. NG: REPLACE SEAT MEMORY SWITCH
2. OK: GO TO NEXT STEP.
CHECK WIRE HARNESS (SEAT MEMORY SWITCH - POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH AND BODY GROUND)
1. Disconnect the P22 switch and D15 switch connectors.
2. Check the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

1. NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR
2. OK: REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSY
