Microphone Circuit (Multi-Display - Navigation Ecu): Wiring Diagram

1. CHECK WIRE HARNESS (INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSY CENTER - NAVIGATION ECU) 
   1. Disconnect the M6 panel connector.
   2. Disconnect the N7 ECU connector.
   3. Measure the resistance of the wire harness connectors.

      Standard: 

      INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSY CENTER - NAVIGATION ECU
      
      

      Tester Connection	Specified Condition
      M6-18 (MCO-) - N7-5 (MIC-)	Below 1 ohms
      M6-17 (MCO+) - N7-3 (MIC+)	Below 1 ohms
      M6-18 (MCO-) - Body ground	10 k ohms or higher
      M6-17 (MCO+) - Body ground	10 k ohms or higher

   1. NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR 
   2. OK: Go to next step. 
2. INSPECT INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSY CENTER 
   1. Remove the instrument cluster finish panel sub-assy center.
   2. Measure the resistance of the panel.

      Standard: 

      INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSY CENTER
      
      

      Tester Connection	Specified Condition
      M6-18 (MCO-) - B-19 (MCO-)	Below 1 ohms
      M6-17 (MCO+) - B-18 (MCO-)	Below 1 ohms
      M6-16 (SGND) - B-17 (SGND)	Below 1 ohms
      M6-18 (MCO-) - Body ground	10 k ohms or higher
      M6-17 (MCO+) - Body ground	10 k ohms or higher

   1. NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSY CENTER (See  MULTI-DISPLAY (CENTER DISPLAY)  ) 
   2. OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN ON PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE (See  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE   )
