Crankshaft Position Sensor: Installation

INSTALL CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR
1. Apply a coat of engine oil to an O-ring of the sensor.
2. Install the sensor with the bolt.
  Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)
3. Connect the sensor connector.
INSTALL COMPRESSOR WITH PULLEY ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )

INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER
1. Install the under cover with the 10 bolts and 3 clips.
INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V-BELT (See INSTALLATION )

INSTALL V-BANK COVER
1. Install the V-bank cover with the 2 nuts.
  Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf)
INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET
1. Install the air cleaner inlet with the bolt.
  Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf)
INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH (see 3 )
INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH (see INSTALLATION )
INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL (see INSTALLATION )
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

PERFORM INITIALIZATION
1. Perform initialization (see INITIALIZATION ).
  NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
