DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART

DTC No. DTC Detection Condition Trouble Area
01-D5 *1, *5 Device that the sub-code shows is (was) disconnected from system when turning engine switch on (ACC) or on (IG) Communication condition with device that code shows cannot be obtained when engine starts Inspection for device indicated by sub-code (Refer to inspection list for device indicated by sub-code)
01-D8 *2, *5 Device indicated by the sub-code is (was) disconnected from system after engine start
01-D9 *1, *5 Device (for audio visual system) that had functioned before engine stopped is (was) disconnected from system when engine switch is (was) in on (ACC) or on (IG)
01-DA *5 No response is identified when changing mode (audio and visual mode change) Detected when sound and image do not change by switch operation
01-DB *1, *5 This code detects dual alarm
01-DC *3, *5 This code indicates transmission failure to device indicated by sub-code NOTE: This DTC may not be related to malfunction
01-DE *4, *5 This code is stored when slave device has been disconnected after engine start

HINT:

  1. READ OUTPUT DTC (LAN MONITOR) 
    1. Read the communication diagnostic check result (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR  ).

  2. CHECK AVC-LAN HARNESS AND POWER SOURCE 

    HINT:

    Potential causes of the problem are listed in order of probability in the "Suspected Areas" column of the table below. The sub-code is always displayed with the DTC if it is registered.

    1. Check these suspected areas when the sub-code is shown.

    NG : CHECK AND REPLACE MALFUNCTIONING PART 

    OK : GO TO NEXT STEP
