CHECK MAP DISC

1. Check that the map disc is not deformed or cracked.
  OK: No deformations or cracks on the map disc.
  
  NG: REPLACE MAP DISC
  
  OK: PROCEED TO NEXT INSPECTION PROCEDURE SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
