Steering Pad Switch Modulator: Replacement

• Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

1. REMOVE SWITCH & VOLUME CASE 
   1. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the switch & volume case.

2. REMOVE STEERING WHEEL COVER LOWER NO. 2 (See step 4 on  REPLACEMENT  ) 
3. REMOVE HORN BUTTON ASSY (See step 5 on  REPLACEMENT  ) 
4. REMOVE STEERING PAD SWITCH MODULATOR 
   1. Remove the 4 screws.
   2. Disconnect the connectors and remove the steering pad switch modulator.

5. INSTALL HORN BUTTON ASSY (See step 6 on  REPLACEMENT  ) 
6. INSPECT HORN BUTTON ASSY (See  ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION  ) 
7. SRS WARNING LIGHT (See  DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM  )
