Inspection Procedure

  1. INSPECT RADIO RECEIVER 
    1. Disconnect the radio receiver connector R2 or R1.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value in STANDARD RESISTANCE  .

      Standard resistance 

      STANDARD RESISTANCE

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      GND - Body ground Always Below 1
    3. Measure the voltage according to the values in STANDARD VOLTAGE  .

      Standard voltage 

      STANDARD VOLTAGE

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      +B - GND ((1)) Always 10 to 14 V
      B - GND ((2)) Always 10 to 14 V
      ACC - GND Ignition SW ACC 10 to 14 V
      (1) 6 Speaker System
      (2) 10 Speaker System

    NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

    OK: RETURN TO THE ORIGINAL INSPECTION BECAUSE THE CHECK RESULT IS NORMAL
