Inspection Procedure

  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO AND NAVIGATION ASSEMBLY - STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER) 
    1. Disconnect the connectors from the radio and navigation assembly and stereo component amplifier.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION .

      Standard: 

      TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION

      Tester connection Condition Specified condition
      L+ - L+ Always Below 1
      L- - L- Always Below 1
      R+ - R+ Always Below 1
      R- - R- Always Below 1
      SLD - SLD Always Below 1
      L+ - Body ground Always 10 k or higher
      L- - Body ground Always 10 k or higher
      R+ - Body ground Always 10 k or higher
      R- - Body ground Always 10 k or higher
      SLD - Body ground Always 10 k or higher

    NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

    OK: RETURN TO THE ORIGINAL INSPECTION BECAUSE THE CHECK RESULT IS NORMAL
