Network Gateway Ecu: Installation

INSTALL NETWORK GATEWAY ECU
1. Install the network gateway ECU with the nut.

2. Connect the connector.

3. Install the certification ECU with instrument panel wire with the bolt and 2 nuts.
  Torque: 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf)

INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL RH (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL RH (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH
HINT:

Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side (See INSTALLATION ).
INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
HINT:

Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side (See INSTALLATION ).
INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH (See INSTALLATION )
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
PERFORM INITIALIZATION
NOTE: Some systems need initialization after reconnecting the cable to the negative battery terminal (See INITIALIZATION ).
INSPECT FRONT PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
