- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait for 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable to prevent airbag deployment (See

).
- REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

- REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER LH

- REMOVE SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL LH

- REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH

- REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

- REMOVE STEERING COLUMN COVER
- Turn the steering wheel assembly to the right and remove the screw as shown in the illustration.

- Turn the steering wheel assembly to the left and remove the screw as shown in the illustration.

- Disengage the 2 claws and remove the steering column cover lower.

- Disengage the claw and remove the steering column cover upper.

- REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Remove the screw.
- Disengage the 2 clips.
- Disengage the 4 claws and guide, and remove the instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly.

- Remove the 4 screws.
