Light Failure Sensor: Inspection

INSPECT LIGHT FAILURE SENSOR
1. Remove the taillight bulb or stop light bulb.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG) and check the rear light indicator light.
3. OK:
  The rear light indicator light comes on.
  
  HINT:
  
  If the indicator light does not come on, check the light failure indicator (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE ).
