Inspection Procedure

NOTE: When replacing the skid control ECU, perform initialization of linear solenoid valve and calibration (see INITIALIZATION ).
  1. CHECK DTC FOR VGRS SYSTEM 
    1. Clear the DTC (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR ).
    2. Check for the DTC (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR ).

    Result 

    RESULT CHART

    Display (DTC Output) Proceed To
    DTC (VGRS system) is not output A
    DTC (VGRS system) is output B (see DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART )

    B: REPAIR VGRS SYSTEM ACCORDING TO DTC OUTPUT 

    A: Go to next step 

  2. RECONFIRM DTC 
    1. Clear the DTC (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR ).
    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
    3. Check if the same DTC is recorded (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR ).

    Result 

    RESULT CHART

    Display (DTC Output) Proceed To
    DTC (C1289/41) is not output A
    DTC (C1289/41) is output B

    B:  Go to step  1

    A: END
