Radio Receiver: Installation

HINT:

A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart (See SPECIFIED TORQUE FOR STANDARD BOLTS ).

  1. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET 
    1. Install the bracket with the 5 bolts.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET 
    1. Install the bracket with the 5 bolts.

  3. INSTALL MULTI-DISPLAY WITH RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Connect the connectors.
    2. Insert the multi-display with radio receiver and attach the 2 clips on its backside.

    3. Install the multi-display with radio receiver with the 4 bolts.

  4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH (See  INSTALLATION  ) 
  5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH (See  INSTALLATION  ) 
  6. INSTALL CONSOLE UPPER PANEL ASSEMBLY (See  INSTALLATION  ) 
  7. INSTALL FRONT CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH (See  INSTALLATION  ) 
  8. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
  9. PERFORM INITIALIZATION 
    1. Perform initialization (See INITIALIZATION ).
      NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
