Brake Pedal Stroke Sensor: Inspection

  1. INSPECT BRAKE PEDAL STROKE SENSOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Inspect the brake pedal stroke sensor assembly. If any of the following occurs, replace the brake pedal stroke sensor assembly with a new one:
      • The surface of the brake pedal stroke sensor assembly is cracked, dented, or chipped off.
      • The connector or wire harness is scratched, cracked, or damaged.
      • The brake pedal stroke sensor assembly has been dropped.
