VVT Sensor: Installation

INSTALL VVT SENSOR (for Bank 1)
1. Install the VVT sensor with the bolt.
  Torque: 7.5 N*m (76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf)
2. Connect the No. 5 injector connector.
3. Connect the No. 5 ignition coil connector.
4. Connect the VVT sensor connector.

INSTALL VVT SENSOR (for Bank 2)
1. Install the VVT sensor with the bolt.
  Torque: 7.5 N*m (76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf)
2. Connect the No. 4 injector connector.
3. Connect the No. 4 ignition coil connector.

4. Connect the VVT sensor connector.
INSTALL V-BANK COVER (See INSTALLATION )
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
PERFORM INITIALIZATION
1. Perform initialization (see INITIALIZATION ).
  NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
