Seat Belt Control Ecu: Installation

  1. INSTALL SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU 
    1. Attach the claw of the ECU stay to install the junction block.
    2. Install the nut.
    3. Connect the connector.

    4. Install the ECU with the 3 nuts.

  2. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM SIDE COVER INNER LH (See  INSTALLATION  ) 
  3. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER FRONT (See  INSTALLATION  ) 
  4. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE (See  INSTALLATION  ) 
  5. INSTALL TOOL BOX (See  INSTALLATION  ) 
  6. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT (See  INSTALLATION  ) 
  7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
  8. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT 
    1. Check the SRS warning light (see DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM ).
  9. PERFORM INITIALIZATION 
    NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
    1. Perform initialization (see INITIALIZATION ).
