Front Active Stabilizer Control Ecu: Removal
- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
- REMOVE FRONT FENDER WHEEL OPENING MOLDING RH
- REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH
- REMOVE NO. 2 COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT
- Remove the 2 bolts and intake duct.
- REMOVE FRONT ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU
- Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the 2 ground wires.
- Disconnect the wire harness clamp from the bracket.
- Using the procedures below, disconnect the ECU connector.
- Release the lever's lock. (*1)
- Press the claw and move the lever in the direction of the arrow in the illustration. (*2)
- Disconnect the ECU connector. (*3)NOTE: When disconnecting the ECU connector, do not apply excessive force to the wire harness.
- Remove the bolt and 2 nuts, and disconnect the ECU from the body.
- Disconnect the ECU connector.
