Brake Control Power Supply: Installation

  1. INSTALL BRAKE CONTROL POWER SUPPLY ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the 2 brackets with the 4 bolts.

      Torque: 13.5 N*m (138 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf) 

    2. Install the brake control power supply with the 3 nuts.

      Torque: 17 N*m (173 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf)

    3. Connect the connector to the brake control power supply.
  2. INSTALL SIDE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER RH 
    1. Install the trim cover with the 2 clips.
    2. Install the rope hook with the bolt.
  3. INSTALL FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER 
    1. Install the trim cover with the 4 clips.
  4. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT NO. 2 TRIM HOOK 
    1. Install the 2 trim hooks.
  5. INSTALL ROPE HOOK 
    1. Install the 2 rope hooks.
  6. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE 
    1. Install the finish plate with the 3 clips.
  7. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the 2 rope hooks with the 2 bolts.
  8. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT NO. 1 TRIM COVER 
    1. Install the trim cover.
  9. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT 
    1. Install the floor mat.
  10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
  11. CHECK AND CLEAR DTC 
    1. Check and clear the DTCs (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR  ).
  12. PERFORM INITIALIZATION 
    1. Perform initialization (see INITIALIZATION (2006/02-2006/07) ).
      NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
