DTC Check / Clear

DTC CHECK/CLEAR
1. DTC check
  1. Connect the intelligent tester (with CAN VIM) to the DLC3.
  2. Turn the power switch ON (IG).
  3. Read the DTCs following the prompts on the tester screen.
2. DTC clear
  1. Connect the intelligent tester (with CAN VIM) to the DLC3.
  2. Turn the power switch ON (IG).
  3. Operate the intelligent tester to clear the DTC.
    HINT:
    
    Refer to the intelligent tester operator's manual for further details.
  4. Turn the power switch OFF and intelligent tester switch off.

END OF DTC CHECK/CLEAR
1. Turn the power switch ON (IG).
2. Check that the absorber control indicator goes off within approximately 2 seconds.
