Rear Active Stabilizer Control Ecu: Removal
- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SIDE LH (See REMOVAL )
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SIDE RH (See REMOVAL )
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT (See REMOVAL )
- REMOVE TOOL BOX (See REMOVAL )
- REMOVE REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU COVER
- Disconnect the clamp from the cover.
- Remove the 4 nuts and ECU cover.
- REMOVE REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU
- Using the procedures below, disconnect the 2 ECU connectors.
- Release the lever's lock. (*1)
- Press the claw and move the lever in the direction of the arrow in the illustration. (*2)
- Disconnect the ECU connector. (*3)NOTE: When disconnecting the ECU connector, do not apply excessive force to the wire harness.
- Remove the 2 clamps and packing, and move the disconnected side of the wire harness out of the vehicle.
- Remove the 3 nuts and ECU.
- Using the procedures below, disconnect the 2 ECU connectors.
