How To Proceed With Troubleshooting

HINT:

Troubleshoot in accordance with the procedures on the following information.

1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP 

   NEXT: Go to next step 

2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS CHECK AND SYMPTOM CHECK 

   NEXT: Go to next step 

3. DTC CHECK 
   1. Check for DTCs and make a note of the code that is output.

      HINT:

      See DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE TABLE  .

   2. Delete the DTC.
   3. Check if the DTC is output once again when the problem symptom is simulated based on the noted code.

5. PERFORM TROUBLESHOOTING 
   1. Operation check.

      HINT:

   2. Circuit inspection

      HINT:

      See REMOTE UP/DOWN FUNCTION DOES NOT OPERATE  to MANUAL UP/DOWN FUNCTION DOES NOT OPERATE ON DRIVER SIDE  .

6. ADJUST, REPAIR OR REPLACE 

   NEXT: Go to next step 

7. RESET POWER WINDOW MOTOR 
   1. If any of the power window switch illuminations is blinking, reset the power window for the switch with the blinking illumination.
      1. Turn the ignition switch ON.
      2. Open the door glass.
      3. Fully pull up the power window switch until the door glass is fully closed.
      4. Continue to hold the switch 1 second or more even after the door glass is fully closed.
      5. Check that the AUTO UP/DOWN function operates completely.
