Inspection Procedure
NOTE:
When replacing the master cylinder solenoid, perform zero point calibration (See CALIBRATION
).
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SKID CONTROL ECU - DLC3 (TS))
- Turn the ignition switch off.
- Disconnect the skid control ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION TABLETester Connection Specified condition S37-24 (TS) - D3-12 (TS) Below 1 Ω
NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (TS CIRCUIT)

OK: Go to Next Step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (BODY GROUND - DLC3 (CG))
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION TABLETester Connection Specified condition D3-4 (CG) - Body ground Below 1 Ω
NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (CG CIRCUIT)
OK: Go to Next Step
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (BODY GROUND - DLC3 (TS))
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION TABLETester Connection Specified Condition D3-12 (TS) - Body ground 10 kΩ or higher
NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (TS CIRCUIT)
OK: REPLACE MASTER CYLINDER SOLENOID
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
