Absorber Control Actuator: Inspection

  1. INSPECT ABSORBER CONTROL ACTUATOR FRONT 
    1. Disconnect the absorber control actuator connector.
      2. Fig 1: Identifying Front Absorber Control Actuator Connector Terminals

    2. Measure the resistance between each terminal of the front absorber control actuator.

    Standard resistance 

    RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION

    Tester Connection Resistance
    1 - 2 6.8 +- 0.4 Ω
    3 - 4 6.8 +- 0.4 Ω
  2. INSPECT ABSORBER CONTROL ACTUATOR REAR 
    1. Disconnect the absorber control actuator connector.
      2. Fig 2: Identifying Rear Absorber Control Actuator Connector Terminals

    2. Measure the resistance between each terminal of the front absorber control actuator.

    Standard resistance 

    RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION

    Tester Connection Resistance
    1 - 2 6.8 +- 0.4 Ω
    3 - 4 6.8 +- 0.4 Ω
